But because of the superintendent at that time leaving and a new superintendent coming in, the board voted to table the issue. At the school board meeting, a motion was made that the board have the ability to explore and adopt a four-day or modified four-day school week. The Glasgow Scoties are sending nine wrestlers to the State tournament this weekend after the boys placed third and the girls ninth at the MHSA B/C Eastern Divisional Tournament in Wolf Point. The Lady Mavericks were able to defeat the Lady Spartans 47-23, and extended their win-streak to 44 games. The Mavericks fell 71-36 to the Spartans. This year's Glasgow Wrestling Club Invitational smashed a participation record for a fourth consecutive year.
