    Veteran service officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting the following locations and times to meet with veterans who are interested in applying for benefits.     Glasgow Elks Lodge #1922 recently made a $2,000 donation to our local Valley Community Emergency Food Bank. The Glasgow Lodge applied for the funds for the donation from the Elks National Foundation (ENF) through their Gratitude Grant Program.     Last week, the Valley County Commissioners passed a resolution amending the county mill levy for state equalization, county high school equalization and the county elementary equalization mill levy authority for this fiscal year.
