Garcia has a master's degree in paleontology and art.     Glasgow congregate meals normally served at the Glasgow Senior Center will be served on Tuesday and Thursday at the Cottonwood Inn throughout the month of July 2024. The grants were awarded from the Valley County Masonic Endowment Fund, which was established at the Montana Community Foundation in 2022. Several structures were spray painted including a cement picnic table and a large playground.     Glasgow/Long Run Fire Department was paged to a structure fire at Shady Rest, in Glasgow, on June 5, at 12:53 p.m. Upon arrival, fire was observed on the exterior of the residence with smoke showing from the eaves.
