Dear Editor: I am writing to support the upcoming levy of 2 mills for the City-County Library. The library has been on a bare-bones budget for some time and desperately needs a better base from which to work. It is estimated that these two mills would cost less than $10 on a home with a taxable market value of $200,000. Glasgow has had a proud tradition of having a really effective library, and we offer many services that you might not be aware of until you are needing just that service.
