  • Hinsdale Voters Pass Building Reserve Levies

    The Hinsdale School District held a special election on July 12 asking voters to pass a Hinsdale Building Reserve fund for the high school in the amount of $805,975 and to pass an Elementary Building Reserve Fund in the amount of $332,561. These funds were asked of the voters so the district could replace the 1968 school boiler and the high school ventilation system.     Last week Katie Knierim and Kevin Miller donated $25,000 to the Valley County Community Pool Campaign making the total raised $2,518,028, just over the $2.5 million mark, of the $3,304,000 goal needed to build a new pool in Glasgow.
