    After weather delayed the first event that was originally scheduled for March, Mother Nature provided a wonderful day for the fourth annual Lucky Knuckle Brew Run on April 23.     A new Glasgow Police Department officer was sworn in during the regular meeting session of the Glasgow City Council on March 20 by Mayor Rod Karst.
