    The Glasgow Kiwanis Club presented its annual 4-H Club Awards on Nov. 13, to the top four clubs as judged by the Valley County Extensions service. This has been done for at least 50 years. The first place prize of $100 went to Northern Lights, second and third place were tied so $62.50 went to both Western Valley and Cherry Creek 4-H Clubs, and fourth place was $25 to Lucky Clover 4-H Club.     During the Nov. 8 Kiwanis Club meeting at the Cottonwood, the top 4-H Clubs, as judged by the County Extension Office, were awarded monetary funds to be utilized within their club activities. First place, receiving $100, was Northern Lights 4-H Club. In second place, receiving $75, was Lucky Clover Club. In third place, receiving $50, was Western Valley.
