Members of Valley County 4-H came together on Dec. 29 to make tie quilts for Valley County Law Enforcement. Under the direction of Bobbie Britzman, members cut and tied around the edges of fleece to create four blankets to be given to the Valley County Sheriff's department with the hope they can be handed out to children and adults in times of need.
