    During the evening of June 17, officers with the Glasgow Police Department responded to a disturbance at an apartment complex on the north side of Glasgow. The reporting party stated that her ex-husband was attempting to break into her apartment. While the woman was on the phone with Dispatch, the male kicked in the door gaining access to the apartment.     On Dec. 31, at around 1:15 p.m., an officer with the Glasgow Police Department observed a vehicle driving down the wrong side of the road. The officer then observed the vehicle illegally double parked on the wrong side of the street on 4th Avenue South.
