New Doctor to Start at FMDH

Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital is proud to announce our new orthopedic surgeon Dr. Philip Gattey. Dr. Gattey is immediately available to see patients for orthopedic and sports medicine care. "We are excited to have Dr. Gattey joining our staff," stated Kae Sukut, PA-C who has served patients at FMDH for 10 years. "His enthusiasm and personable approach to patient care will integrate nicely into our current practice, and be directly in line with the mission and values of FMDH."

Dr. Gattey has over 20 years of experience as an orthopedic surgery. Dr. Gattey is a locum orthopedic surgeon who most recently worked as an orthopedic surgeon in a multi-specialty group practice at Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck, N.D. Prior to that he was at Prince George Regional Hospital in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Gattey received his doctorate from the University of Saskatchewan. He holds a Specialist Certificate, Orthopedic Surgery, from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and is a Fellow, Division of Surgery, also with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
