PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE:

At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Valley County School District Nos. 2-2B, held on July 18, 2012, it was resolved to sell the following items because said property is about to become abandoned, obsolete, undesirable, or unsuitable for the school purposes of the District:

Computers, Printers, Laminator, Computer Monitors

Juke box, Books, VCR, DVD

2 Blodgett/Zephaire Convection Ovens

1 GE Electric Burner Stove

1 Delta Lathe

1 Hobart Dishwasher

The resolution will become effective 14 days after the date of this notice. Any taxpayer may appeal the resolution of the trustees, at any time prior to the effective date of the resolution, to the District Court by filing a verified petition with the Clerk of such court and serving a copy of such petition upon the District. The petition shall set out in detail the objections of the petitioner to the adoption of the resolution or to the disposal of the property. SCHOOL LAWS OF MONTANA 20-6-604.
