Roselle Jeanette "Rosie" Walter

Roselle Jeanette “Rosie” (Enger) Walter, 86, died peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, June 5, 2012, in her home in Chula Vista, Calif. Pastor Susan Watterson will conduct a brief graveside service at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 20, at the Highland Cemetery in Glasgow, followed by interment. She was born Sept. 28, 1925, at the Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital to Grace (Lightner) and Olaf Enger. A memorial was held 9:45 a.m. on Sunday, June 24, at Plymouth Congregational Church in San Diego, Calif. After the service a pleasant get-together was held for coffee and visiting. In lieu of flowers, donations in Roselle’s name should go to any reputable entity researching the treatment for cancer.
